AFCommerce's affiliate program is a great way to earn extra money from your website traffic, and / or personal referrals for our high quality products and services. Our program is very flexible for sales representatives and web developers wanting to earn commissions on referring new members of the AFCommerce shopping cart and customers to the entire line of Amazing Flash products and services.
New Affiliates Automatically Earn 7% For All Sales Made By Their Direct Referrals.
Affiliate rates may be increased to up to 20%. Affiliates may become a second tier affiliate after they create an affiliate account, however we must approve all second tier affiliates manually.

. Resellers earn a default rate of 20%, and up to 30%, but support their own customers (which is sometimes what you will want to do to keep your clients happy with you, i.e. web designers). We also have our own api that allows resellers to communicate with our website. The api is currently being used on our own websites, and we allow our resellers to begin using it after 2-3 months after they have had reseller status. This time is to build a level of trust which we hope to build with all new affiliates and resellers.

By becoming an AFCOMMERCE.COM affiliate you are agreeing to our terms and conditions set forth: PAYMENT TERMS: Payment Period: Payments are made the following month for commissions earned in any month where you reach 25 dollars or more in commissions. PayPal is our primary method of payment to our affiliates, and accepting payments by PayPal is completely free. If you would like to be paid by check, a 10 dollar processing fee will be charged, unless the payment amount is greater than 500 dollars, then a check will also be free. Payments may be made on a net-30 day basis from the end of the pay period. The pay period will be from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. All payments are made in United States Dollars (USD) only and by check or PayPal. Payment Address: AFCOMMERCE.COM is not responsible for sending payments to any affiliates that are not shown on the domain whois lookup database for the websites that the affiliate has registered claiming to own. Forwarding Mailboxes: The use of mail forwarding services to hide the real address of an affilite is prohibited. You may not use any type of mail forwarding services to join the AFCommerce network. If AFCOMMERCE.COM is not paid by a customer or the customer is entitled to a refund or charge back, then we shall have the right to reclaim any commission paid for these situations. We must also delay payments to affiliates until the customer pays, however this is rare since all products, except for custom development, is charged upfront. AFCOMMERCE.COM reserves the right to withhold payment to any affiliates site that exhibits questionable affiliate activity. Fraud is monitored constantly and will NOT be tolerated. The affiliate cannot refer himself/herself as a merchant and receive commission for any AFCOMMERCE.COM merchant referral program or product. ADS PLACEMENT TERMS: Affiliates may not use any Adware, Browser Helpings, or locally installed software. Affiliates may not have "Drive By Downloads", excessive pop-ups, hidden or un-closeable pop ups, or any other type of intrusive advertising on their sites. affiliates are required, at the time of sign up, to prove that they own or control the domain provided in the sign up process. Affiliate may not use any free website hosting services or url forwarding services. IE: Angelfire.com, Xoom.com, Yahoo.com, Geocities.com, Tripod.com, etc. Only top level domains will be accepted. Your Domain Name Registration information must match your contact information. You may not use a Free Domain Name service, i.e. .tk domains. You may not use a free email account as your official AFCommerce account email address. Our system does not block this automatically, and you will still be paid for any commissions earned, however you may hold any payment until a real email address is provided. The use of incentivized based websites is not permitted whatsoever. You may not register with a site or add a site to your profile that rewards users for any actions, even if you do not intend to incentivized any AFCommerce offers. Placement of ads: For any offers that pay by click throughs, leads and sales the affiliate has the right to place them anywhere on their approved website(s). Offers selection: the affiliate will have the right to select at his/her own discretion what ads they want to run on thier website however limited to what ads the administrator grants access to. Multiple domains: the affiliate may place ads on any pages that are within the approved domain. If multiple domains are desired the administrator must be notified of each domain and will grant or deny permission to use the site for the affiliates account. Ad Code: the affiliate may not alter or change any supplied code given to them in anyway whatsoever without prior permission from AFCOMMERCE.COM Text by ads: the affiliate may not place any words near any offers that asks or begs visitors to click banner or text link ads. English Written Sites: all affiliate sites that have any AFCOMMERCE.COM codes on them must be in 100% English, unless we specifically approve your website for the language your website is written in. Adult Content: the affiliate may not place any AFCOMMERCE.COM codes on any website or newsletter that contains adult related material such as pornography, nudity, hate, racism or any other illegal material. HTML source: all of our offer codes must viewable in your websites HTML source code in order to receive payment. Bunching ads: affiliates may not bunch up more than 2 ads or offers together with the exception to only text links. Password protection: no offers may be place within password protected areas unless AFCOMMERCE.COM is given free access to those pages. MISCELLANEOUS TERMS You may receive emails from AFCOMMERCE.COM or our merchants about any offer running on our network. You will not hold us liable for anything, a link on a website does not mean that AFCOMMERCE.COM endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or the use of such site. FRAUDULANT ACTIVITY TERMS Automated/Forcing Clicks: Autospawning of browsers, automatic redirecting of users, or any other technique of generating "automated" click-throughs is strictly prohibited. Incentivizing/Sub-Publishers: You shall not establish or cause to be established any promotion that provides any rewards, points or compensation for transactions (clicking, buying, signing up, etc...), or that allows third parties ("Sub-Publishers") to place an advertiser's links on its website or in its emails. Any such activity as described above will be considered and treated as fraudualant activity. SPAMMING Affiliates will not use AFCommerce for the soliciting of potential customers for their own business needs without the permission of AFCommerce first. Affiliates may not use unsolicited e-mail or inappropriate newsgroup postings to promote a website. Affliliates may not encourage visitors to click on the advertisers' banners in any way including e-mail, icq, newsgroup postings, and/or chat sites. RIGHT OF REFUSAL/TERMINATION AFCOMMERCE.COM reserves the right to deactivate an affiliates account at any time for activity or site content deemed inappropriate, based on the sole discretion by us. Any of the following conditions may result in deactivation of an affiliates account. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: sexual content, racism or hate sites, profanity, warez, cracking, hacking, phreaking, non english webpages, free hosted websites (Xoom, Angelfire, etc) Inactivity: if an affiliate is inactive for 60 days or more AFCOMMERCE.COM has the right to delete this affiliate from our servers. Multiple accounts: each affiliate is only allowed to have one account. Anyone that is found to have multiple accounts will have both accounts terminated and loss of all pay. Account cancellation: AFCOMMERCE.COM reserves the right to terminate any affiliates account with 5 days by email and given an explaination. All money will be paid to affiliates that are cancelled without fraudulant activity. Public Defamation Of Character: AFCommerce reserves the right to terminate any affiliate found publicly defaming AFCommerce itself or any clients of AFCommerce. This includes but not limited to forums, newsgroup, chatrooms, etc... Website copyright: affiliates are not to have any copyrighted content on their sites that belong to another person without their permission. Indemnification: affiliates agree to indemnify and hold AFCOMMERCE.COM harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damages or attorney fees arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for libel, slander, copyright, and trademark violation as well as all other claims resulting from an affiliates or advertiser's web pages. Changes to these terms: AFCOMMERCE.COM reserves the right to make any changes to these terms at any time. Such changes will always be available on our website. Case of dispute: affiliates agree to settle all dispute(s) under this agreement via binding arbitration in Tampa, FL, USA ALL AFCOMMERCE.COM AFFILIATES MUST COMPLY COMPLETELY WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT. WE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHOLD PAYMENT FROM ANY AFFILIATE THAT VIOLATES ANY OF THESE TERMS. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT MUST ALSO INCLUDE ACCEPTANCE OF ALL AFCOMMERCE / AMAZING FLASH TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHERE RELAVANT. THIS INCLUDES TERMS CURRENTLY ON THE AFCOMMERCE.COM WEBSITE, AS WELL AS, THE AMAZINGFLASH.COM WEBSITE.
