Once you have purchased and installed the image optimizer on your website all of the areas that allow you to upload images will now use the image optimizer. When you upload an image, this system will automatically optimize your picture for the web. This feature makes your life allot easier because you do not have to learn how optimize images for the web.
The image optimizer also allows you to upload animated gif's. Normally if you tried to upload an animated image it would be converted to a static image. If you use the 'Upload an animated file here' section your animated image will be uploaded and displayed on your website.
