Once you have purchased and uploaded the files for the Knowledge Base click on the 'Knowledge Base' icon on the administration home page.
Adding A Question
Once you are on the Edit Knowledge Base home page click the button at the bottom of the page. You will now see the form shown below

Question - Enter the Knowledge base question exactly as you would like it to appear on your website
Answer - Enter the answer to the question you have created exactly as you would like it to appear on your website
Category - You can create categories for your questions by entering in the name of your choice. When you want to add additional questions to a category make sure that you use the same exact spelling and case. If the spelling and case do not match a new category will be created.
*Note - Both the text entered in the question and the answer will be searched for matching keywords when a visitor performs a knowledge base search on your website
Edit An Exsisting Question
All of the questions that you have added will be listed on the Edit Knowledge Base home page.

To edit an exsisting question click on the question and you will be taken to the same form that you used to create the question. Once you have made your changes click the button and your changes will be saved.
Delete An Exsisting Question
To remove a question from your Knowledge Base click on the question that you would like to delete. Then click on the button at the bottom of the page.
*Note - This will permantely delete the selected question and answer. There will be no record of this question saved.
