This is where you enter your company's information like Store Name and Store Email Address. You must visit this page when your first set up your store or when any store information changes. You can also edit your stores title and meta tags in this section.

1. Click on the 'Configure My Store' icon on the administration home page
2. Click the link at the top of the page that says, 'General Store Options / Information'
3. Enter your stores name exactly how you want it to appear to your customers
4. Enter your stores email address - All order notifications will be sent to this email address, also if a visitor uses the email form on the contact page of your website, it will be sent to this email address.
5. Enter your stores Domain Name
6. File Path To Cart Directory - This is the directory that you uploaded AFCommerce into. For example if you uploaded the files into the root of your websites directory simply enter www.yourdomain.com. If you uploaded the files into a sub-directory enter www.yourdomain.com/directoryname
7. The following store information will be displayed on your stores contact us page
• Enter your stores street address
• Enter your stores City
• Enter your stores phone number
• Enter your stores State
• Enter your stores Zip Code
• Enter your stores Country
• Enter your Fax Numbers
8. Select your stores Currency
9. Default Language - If your store has multiple languages, this is the language that will be used when the customer first comes to your site
10. Weight Unit Of Measure - You can choose to have your products weight displayed in Pounds Or Kilograms

Afcommerce will automatically generate certain meta tags for you. At the bottom of the General Store Options / Information page you will be able to add the following information to your website.

1. Website Title - This is displayed by the browser at the top of the browser window when visitors are on your website
2. Website Description - The description tag allows you to influence the description of your page in a search engines results
3. Website Keywords - Keywords are the words people will type in to a search engine to try and find your website. Do not spend too much time trying to think of every keyword possible. Most search engines do not place much if any value on these keywords (Google ignores them). You will have a better chance of ranking higher in the search engines if you spend your time writing quality content that uses words that you think people will search for when looking for the products that you sell.
