App: Lead Generation

Lead Generation handles the collection and distribution of consumer contact and profile data. Create offers that define what information to collect, configure the fields each buyer requires, and post completed leads directly to 3rd party endpoints. Each offer specifies its own form fields, required data, and the buyer's post URL with field name mapping, giving you full control over what data is collected and how it is delivered.
Offers can be displayed individually as standalone forms or grouped into offer paths. A standalone offer collects data for a single buyer through one form submission. Offer paths present a sequence of offers to the same visitor, moving them through multiple forms so that one visit can generate leads for several buyers. When prefill is enabled on a path, data the visitor already provided carries forward to subsequent forms, reducing repeated input. Auto-submit takes this further by silently posting to buyers whose required fields are already satisfied from prior submissions, without showing the visitor another form.
Each offer has three layers of field configuration. Base fields cover standard contact information such as name, email, and phone number. Address fields handle physical location data. Custom fields allow you to define additional questions specific to what the buyer needs, with support for input boxes, checkboxes, textareas, radio buttons, and dropdown menus. Every field can be toggled on or off, marked as required, given a default value, and mapped to whatever field name the buyer's receiving endpoint expects.
Surveys and applications provide structured question-based data collection outside of the offer system. Surveys present a series of questions with multiple choice or open text responses. Applications work similarly for longer form submissions where the collected answers serve a different purpose than a standard lead. Both are configured through the admin with their own question editors and are displayed through the Website Builder.
Verticals let you organize offers by category, making it straightforward to manage large numbers of offers across different industries or topics. The search page provides lead record lookup to review what data has been collected and which offers a given lead has completed.
Lead Generation integrates with several other platform systems. The Website Builder displays offers, surveys, and application forms on hosted web pages. If you host your own forms externally, submissions can be posted directly into the leadgen system's endpoint. The Chatbot app supports an offer path mode where an AI-guided conversation collects the required data from the visitor one field at a time, then submits it automatically. Chain Commands can process lead submissions with conditional logic to route data or trigger actions in other platform apps based on the lead source, offer, or collected data profile.
